Please note that Hyogo Cultural Centre will now be open from 10am to 4pm, Tuesday to Saturday. In the case of a public holiday falling on a Monday, Hyogo Cultural Centre will be closed on the Tuesday in lieu. Chatterbox times will be altered slightly and will now commence at 1:30pm and conclude at 3:30pm.
