Is there a children’s festival, or kimono dressing for children scheduled for this year at the Hyogo Centre? Or is there any other festival to be held at the Centre this year?
Hi Kate, thank you for your enquiry. Unfortunately the organiser of the Kimono Festival, who used our office as the venue each year, has decided not to go ahead this year. I believe she posted that notice on the Kimono Festival Facebook page. The main festival, the annual Japan Festival in which the Centre is always involved, will be held on March 10 next year in the city. The Japanese School and the Japanese Weekend School also have annual events that are held around our office, but unfortunately they are not open to the public.
